PETALING JAYA: February and March are often dubbed “quitter’s months”, as many abandon their lofty New Year resolutions, but psychology and fitness experts say people should stick to realistic goals to maintain long-term commitment.
Malaysia Association of Therapist Industry Development president Prof Dr Baskaran Kosthi, noted that people often start the year with overly ambitious targets, which can lead to frustration and burnout when faced with life’s challenges.
