KUALA LUMPUR: Elated to attend his constituent's daughter's wedding reception, Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong wished the newlyweds a wonderful life ahead.
"May the newlyweds remain happily together until the end of their lives," write the MCA president in a Facebook post on Saturday (Feb 1).
Fulfilling the invitation of Kampung Parit Amil Yong Peng village head Haslionn Abd Rahman and his wife Ennah Jamarin to attend their daughter Nuratiqah Syuhada Haslionn's wedding to her partner Muhammad Alif Mislan.
Also there was Yong Peng assemblyman Ling Tian Soon.
After visiting the newlyweds, Dr Wee and Ling went on to check on the final preparations for their Chinese New Year 2025 Open House at Jalan Kota, Taman Kota Yong Peng which was scheduled to begin at 7pm the same evening.
“Everyone is invited to attend,” wrote Dr Wee.
