Dr Wee meets constituents ahead of Chinese New Year


PETALING JAYA: With Chinese New Year just days away, MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong took time to meet his constituents in Ayer Hitam, Johor, distributing essential goods and mandarin oranges.

In a post on his Facebook page, Dr Wee said his first stop with Yong Peng assemblyman Ling Tian Soon was at Taman Kota, Yong Peng, where he met with residents of the area.

"Wishing all friends in Yong Peng a year full of blessings and good fortune," Wee said.

The festive season has begun with the Chinese community returning to their hometowns to celebrate Chinese New Year on Wednesday, January 29.
