Lembah Pantai constituency to raise RM5mil to aid residents affected by UMMC fee hike, says Fahmi


KUALA LUMPUR: Lembah Pantai Member of Parliament Fahmi Fadzil has announced that the constituency will raise RM5mil this year to assist those in need following the increase in service charges at the University of Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC).

The Communications Minister said the funds would be channelled into the UMMCCare Fund, benefiting the B40 and M40 groups impacted by the fee hike, which took effect on Jan 1.
