Grandma’s first cooking competition a spicy success

JOHOR BARU: For her maiden attempt in a cooking competition, housewife K. Saraswathy came armed with a spicy “secret recipe”.

To make her dried chilli chicken dish extra special, she prepared her own spice mix of blended fennel seeds, cumin, cloves, cinnamon and coriander seeds.
