Missing 67-year-old found safe in Damansara Damai


PETALING JAYA: Joseph Vincent John, 67, who had been missing since Saturday (Dec 14), was found late Thursday (Dec 19) night.

Members of the public spotted him sitting outside a shop in Damansara Damai and alerted the police, who identified him from the missing person report and informed his family.

John was last seen leaving his house in Jinjang Utara on his motorbike before he was found.

His son, Royceson, described the discovery as a Christmas miracle for the family after frantic searches.

Royceson expressed gratitude to the public and the police for their assistance in locating his father.

"This will be a very special Christmas for us after the scare we have had," he added.
