SEREMBAN: The MVV City development, a smart modern city soon to take shape here, will help transform Negri Sembilan into a high-income economy and put it in a strategic position to attract more foreign and local investors, says Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun.
The Mentri Besar said the project would also strengthen the foundation for a Negri Sembilan that is economically vibrant, socially inclusive and environmentally sustainable.
