KUALA LUMPUR: A loud explosion was heard in the wee hours of the morning at a complex here on Tuesday (Nov 12).
The 4am explosion happened at commercial complex across the road from the Bukit OUG condominium here.
A security guard on duty at the complex during the incident said there was no big fire at the time of the explosion.
“We heard a motorbike passing through and stopping before a big bang was heard
“I called the police and they arrived within 15 minutes,” he said when met at the site.
Members of the police’s forensic unit are currently present at the site.
No explanation as to the cause of the explosion was given to the media at the time of writing.
