Dr Raduan and Prof Datuk Dr Kefli Mahbol both claimed trial to misappropriating RM271,000 of the council’s funds last year and this year.

Dr Raduan, 64, faced two charges in his capacity as MPN president of misappropriating RM71,000 and channelling it into Dr Kefli's bank account.
