117 held after Immigration vice raids


KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 117 people, including 85 foreign women, have been detained by the Immigration Department during seven raids on prostitution dens in Negri Sembilan and Selangor.

Immigration director-general Datuk Ruslin Jusoh said the raids on July 24 and July 25 were conducted in Seremban and Seri Kembangan on premises controlled by two prostitution syndicates.
