Media awaits arrival of suspect at court in Nur Farah Kartini’s murder

HULU SELANGOR: Members of the media are standing by at the Kuala Kubu Baharu Magistrate's Court as they wait for the arrival of the suspect in the murder case of Nur Farah Kartini Abdullah as of 8.38am on Friday.

The 26-year-old suspect who is a policeman is expected to arrive at the courthouse anytime soon to face charges for the alleged murder of Nurul Farah.

Nur Farah Kartini, 25, was reported missing on July 10 after dropping off a rental car to a customer, and her body was found in an oil palm plantation in Hulu Selangor around 6pm on July 15.

Following this, a 26-year-old man, who is a police officer stationed in Perak, was arrested and remanded until Monday to assist with the investigation under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
