PETALING JAYA: A tree has collapsed along Old Klang Road, in front of an Ambank branch.

According to a tweet by the Kuala Lumpur Command & Control Centre (KLCCC) on Monday (May 27), the tree has blocked off the road in front of the bank.

It also said the Fire and Rescue Department and the police have responded and are on the scene.

Meanwhile, another tree also toppled in Taman Sri Sentosa, also in the vicinity of Old Klang Road.

Pictures indicate that Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) workers are on the scene to clear the fallen tree.
