Flying the Malaysian flag Down Under


KUALA LUMPUR: The recently concluded 2024 Asean-Australia Special Summit in Melbourne put in focus areas where Malaysia can collaborate with Australia as the region marks the 50th anniversary since Australia became Asean's first dialogue partner.

Malaysia has a long-established economic and social tie with Australia, with the country ranking as Australia's second-largest trading partner within Asean, said Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim at the summit.
