Debit and credit cards can now be used at RapidKL stations


PETALING JAYA: Debit and credit cards can be used at RapidKL stations to buy tickets and subscribe to or top up My50 and MyCity travel passes, says Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd.

"The new payment modes are to ease and upgrade the efficiency of ticket purchases for users of RapidKL," it said in a statement on Tuesday (Aprl 30).

It said the new payment methods were also available at RapidKL concession card registration counters at Pasar Seni Hub and Conlay MRT station in Kuala Lumpur.

"Users need not worry of carrying cash or looking for ATMs as (the additional methods) allow a safer and more seamless transaction.

"It is in line with Rapid Rail's commitment to upgrade the purchasing system and give commuters a positive travel experience," the statement added.
