Selangor MB Amirudin pays courtesy call to Sabah CM Hajiji


KOTA KINABALU: Mentri Besar of Selangor Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari paid a courtesy call to Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor on Tuesday.

Amirudin is here with 160 others including state exco members, heads of government departments, representatives of government-linked companies and district officials on a four-day work visit, beginning Jan 21.

During his visit, he attended the Jelajah Mahasiswa programme at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) Islamic Center among other activities.

The Selangor entourage - comprising state secretary Datuk Setia Haris Kasim, state legal advisor Datuk Salim Soib and state finance officer Datuk Dr Ahmad Fadzli Tajuddin, among others - will also be having a dinner with Hajiji and other state officials tonight.

Also present during the courtesy call at the CM's office in Menara Kinabalu were State Secretary Datuk Seri Safar Untong, permanent secretary to the Finance Ministry Datuk Mohd Sofian Alfian Nair and deputy state Attorney General Suzumaidah Hussain.
