Chan, Phoong accept DAP’s reprimand over Datukship

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah DAP’s Datuk Chan Foong Hin and Datuk Phoong Jin Zhe are ready to accept the party’s guidance and advice following the decision to accept the Datuk title recently.

In a joint statement, the two leaders acknowledged that they breached the party’s policy when they accepted their Datukship on Oct 7, in conjunction with Sabah Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Juhar Mahiruddin’s birthday celebration.
