Budget 2024: Civil servants to get RM2,000, pensioners RM1,000 one-off payment

PETALING JAYA: Civil servants Grade 56 and below will receive an interim payment of RM2,000 while the government reviews the salary and allowance scheme.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, in his Budget 2024 speech on Friday (Oct 13), said this includes those under contract.
