Budget 2024: Five shelved LRT3 stations back on track, Penang LRT planned


PETALING JAYA: The Government will allocate RM4.7bil to construct five LRT3 stations at Tropicana, Raja Muda, Temasya, Bukit Raja and Bandar Botanic, that were previously shelved.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, in his Budget 2024 speech on Friday (Oct 13) also announced an LRT system connecting the island and the mainland which will cost RM10bil, to be constructed under a private-public partnership model.
