34 arrested, over 3,000 summonses issued in five-day op on commercial vehicles

KUALA LUMPUR: Bukit Aman's Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department inspected 17,241 commercial vehicles during a special operation that saw 34 arrests made.

Department director Comm Datuk Seri Mat Kasim Karim said 5,897 were lorries, 652 were buses, and 10,692 other types.
