Former Kelantan deputy MB appointed state assembly Speaker

PETALING JAYA: Former Kelantan deputy mentri besar Datuk Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah has been appointed as the Speaker of the 15th term of the Kelantan state assembly.

The Panchor assemblyman took his oath of office before the state assembly on Tuesday (Sept 5) morning, Malay language daily Sinar Harian reports.
