PETALING JAYA: Sin Chew Daily reported that a man in Yilan, Taiwan, ran afoul of the law for running naked on a school field.
Surnamed Cai, 32, the man who worked in the service field, was found running in his birthday suit at Jiaoxi Elementary School’s playground at about midnight on May 6.
