Ex-Perlis MB false claim, money laundering cases to be heard together in KL Sessions Court


KUALA LUMPUR: The case of former Perlis mentri besar Datuk Seri Azlan Man’s false claims in the Kangar Sessions Court, will be heard in the Sessions Court here, together with another five charges of money laundering.

Judge Azura Alwi made the decision after allowing deputy public prosecutor, Zander Lim Wai Keong, to transfer all five false claims charges to the Sessions Court here, under Section 165 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CPC).
