KOTA KINABALU: A man, who was previously freed from a charge of insulting the modesty of PKR deputy president Rafizi Ramli, has been ordered to enter his defence by the High Court here on Friday (May 5).
Two years ago, Daing Muhammad Reduan Bachok, from Selangor, was discharged and acquitted of the charge of insulting Rafizi’s modesty, then the PKR vice-president, without his defence being called.
