GEORGE TOWN: A businessman has been offering “buildings” to his departed forefathers for the past seven years every Qing Ming festival, believing that they have been blessing him in return with a new property each year.

According to Qing Ming paraphernalia trader Lim Yee Hern, the regular customer orders a beautifully made paper building at a cost of RM400 each year as an offering for his ancestors.
