Two Sabah Christians fail to revive lawsuit against Hadi Awang

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has struck out an application by two Sabah Christians to reinstate a lawsuit against PAS president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang (pic) over the latter's comment, which they deemed as seditious against Christians.

A three-judge panel chaired by Chief Judge of Malaya Justice Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah, unanimously dismissed the application after finding that the application to revive the lawsuit was done without following the proper order under the Rules of Court 2012.
