Anwar calls on ministries, govt agencies to organise religious knowledge programmes to enliven Ramadan


PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim wants every ministry and government agency to organise religious knowledge programmes at their respective workplace to enliven the spirit of Ramadan.

Speaking at the Ihya’ Ramadan programme at the Putra Mosque here today (March 28), Anwar said he had also instructed all secretaries-general and heads of departments to organise religious knowledge programmes such as a tazkirah (lecture) session before zohor prayer.
