Sulu claimants' bid to enforce US$14.9bil final award dismissed by Paris court


PETALING JAYA: The Paris Court of Appeal has dismissed the Sulu claimants' bid to enforce the US$14.9bil purported final award.

The government's special secretariat to tackle the Sulu Sultanate's claims against the Malaysian government said that the Paris Court of Appeal had decided on Tuesday (March 14) that the challenge filed by the Sulu claimants is inadmissible.
