644 prisoners sought pardons from 2018 to 2022, Dewan Rakyat told


KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 644 prisoners have sought pardons from the respective state pardons boards from 2018 to 2022, the Dewan Rakyat was told.

Of the figure, a total of 186 cases are being considered for pardon by the Federal Territories Pardon Board, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Law and Institutional Reforms) Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said.
