PETALING JAYA: Tributes for Oscar winner Tan Sri Michelle Yeoh continue to flow in at an awards ceremony after-party.

Author and consultant Datuk Joey Yap, who is currently in Hollywood, said: "As a Malaysian, I join other Malaysians to salute Michelle. I am privileged and lucky to be here.

"There is so much goodwill, respect and love for Michelle here. As she said in her acceptance speech, she will take the Oscar back to KL." he told The Star on Monday (March 13).

On his Instagram page, he also shared a photo of himself with the actress and her co-star Ke Huy Quan, who also bagged the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor.

Yeoh made history as the first Asian to win the Best Actress category award for the film "Everything Everywhere All at Once".
