Institute of Islamic Understanding Malaysia chairman Mohd Kamal passes away

KUALA LUMPUR: Institute of Islamic Understanding Malaysia (Ikim) chairman Emeritus Professor Tan Sri Dr Mohd Kamal Hassan (pic) passed away at 2.27am on Thursday (Feb 23) at the age of 80 due to complications related to a recent surgical procedure.

Mohd Kamal’s death was confirmed by a family member in a statement shared over WhatsApp, here today.
