PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong (pic) has handed over a memorandum comprising MCA's and Chinese NGOs' proposals for Budget 2023 to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
In a Facebook post on Thursday (Feb 16), the MCA president said the memorandum covered issues such as the economy, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as education for the public's benefit.
