Man tries to evade cops during an inspection, nabbed with weapons and drugs

BUKIT MERTAJAM: Police have arrested a man in his 40s who tried to evade police checks at Jalan Baru here on Monday (Feb 13).

Central Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Tan Cheng San said the suspect was spotted by Crime Prevention Patrol (RCJ) units behaving suspiciously while driving on the road at about 10.40am.
