MetMalaysia issues continuous rain warning in eight states until Dec 20


KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a continuous rain warning in eight states, namely Terengganu, Kelantan, Pahang, Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak and Johor, which is expected to last until Tuesday (Dec 20).

The department in a statement on Saturday (Dec 17) informed that continuous very heavy rain (danger) was expected to occur in Terengganu while continuous heavy rain (severe) is forecast in Kelantan and Pahang involving areas in Tanah Tinggi, Cameron, Lipis and Jerantut.
