Bung, Zizie file appeal against High Court review ruling


KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin and his wife Datin Seri Zizie Izette Abdul Samad have filed an appeal against the High Court’s decision to reject their motion to review the Session’s Court order calling for their defence on three corruption charges involving a total of RM2.8mil relating to a RM150mil investment in a Public Mutual Bhd fund.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Law Chin How said, when contacted, that the appeal notice was filed at the Appeals Court on Friday (Dec 9).
