Covid-19: Lower number of weekly new cases, says Health DG


KUALA LUMPUR: The number of new Covid-19 cases in the country dropped by 2.5% to 18,606 cases for Epidemiological Week 47 (ME 47/2022) which is from Nov 20 to 26 compared to 19,083 cases in the previous week.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah in a statement today said the number of local cases fell 2.6 per cent from 19,068 cases (ME 46/2022) to 18,581 cases while import cases rose 66.7 per cent (from 15 to 25 cases).
