Johor Sultan grants audience to PM Anwar


JOHOR BARU: Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar has granted an audience to newly-minted Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

His Majesty met with the Prime Minister in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday (Nov 27), according to a post on the Sultan’s official Facebook page.

The post was also accompanied with photos of the meeting.

On Saturday (Nov 26), Tunku Mahkota Johor Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim had also consented to an audience with Anwar.

The Pakatan Harapan chairman was sworn in as the 10th Prime Minister on Thursday (Nov 24).
