Prosecution's appeal against Zahid's acquittal in VLN case set for Jan 10

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has fixed Jan 10 for another case management of the prosecution's appeal against the High Court decision to acquit Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic) of 40 corruption charges in connection with the integrated foreign visa (VLN) system.

His lawyer Datuk Hisyam Teh Poh Teik, when contacted Tuesday (Nov 22), said the court had given another case management date as the records of appeal were not ready.
