Parties in Rosmah's appeal told to file submissions on jurisdiction issue

PUTRAJAYA: The prosecution and defence need to file further submissions on whether or not the Court of Appeal has jurisdiction to hear two appeals by Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor (pic) to remove High Court judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan from presiding over her money laundering and tax evasion case.

Rosmah, the wife of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, had appealed against two decisions by Justice Mohamed Zaini who dismissed her first application on Dec 14 last year and her second on April 25 this year.
