GE15: MCA's Chua Tee Yong well known among locals in Labis, says Dr Wee

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Chua Tee Yong will always be there to help the people of Labis, Johor, says MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

Dr Wee gave his full support to Chua, who is Barisan Nasional’s candidate for Labis, saying that the latter had become a well-known name among the locals in Labis ever since he first ran for the seat in 2008.

“Candidate of Barisan Nasional for P142 Labis, Chua Tee Yong, is not a foreign name in the area, because he is always in the field helping the local community.

“Dear voters in Labis, he is the best choice for you. I appeal to all to give Chua Tee Yong, the candidate of National Front the mandate on November 19,” Dr Wee said in a Facebook post on Thursday (Nov 17).

Chua, who is also Labis MCA division chief, will be going up against Pakatan Harapan candidate Pang Hok Liong and Perikatan Nasional candidate Alvin Chang Teck Kiam for the Labis parliament seat.
