GE15: Hafez Yamani turned down chance to defend Sipitang, says Hajiji


KOTA KINABALU: Datuk Hafez Yamani Musa was given a chance to defend his Sipitang parliamentary seat but turned it down, says Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.

The Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) chairman said Hafez Yamani, the son of former chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman, had met up with him earlier this month to convey his decision over the seat, which he held for one term.
