GE15: Overseas postal voters claim they have yet to receive ballot papers


KUALA LUMPUR: Some postal voters, especially Malaysians abroad, claim they have yet to receive their ballot papers for the 15th General Election.

Some of them were even informed that they will only receive their postal ballot papers on Saturday itself (Nov 19, polling day).
