BERA: The fourth phase of the Bantuan Keluarga Malaysia (BKM) financial aid worth RM2.1bil will be credited to 5.2 million recipients in stages over three days starting Nov 15, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
The Prime Minister said the payment, which was originally scheduled to be made in December, was being expedited to help the recipients prepare for the north-east monsoon predicted to start in the middle of this month.
