PETALING JAYA: The Johor state election in March strengthened cooperation among Barisan Nasional component parties and this bodes well for the 15th General Election (GE15), says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
The MCA president added that Johor Barisan is ready for GE15 with the opening of its operations room in the state.

“To ensure victory in the traditional seats, the MCA machinery will also work hard to ensure victory in all areas where Barisan candidates compete.
“We are committed to bringing stability and prosperity to Malaysia,” he said after chairing the Johor State Joint Committee meeting in Johor Baru on Sunday (Oct 23).
The meeting discussed the party’s campaign for GE15.

Johor MCA secured four seats – Yong Peng, Paloh, Bekok and Pekan Nanas – in the recent state election held in March.
State MCA leaders present at the meeting included deputy chairman Datuk Lim Pay Hen, secretary Datuk Ng Keng Heng, Youth chief Ling Tian Soon, and Women's wing chief Wong You Fong.
