Budget 2023: Youth-focused Internet initiative extended to April

KUALA LUMPUR: The government will be extending the Pakej Remaja Keluarga Malaysia initiative until April next year, says Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz.

Catering to youths aged 21 and below, the initiative offers 20GB mobile Internet packages for 90 days at RM30.

Registration for the initiative, launched last year, was supposed to have ended on April 15 this year, but Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob extended it to October.
