PETALING JAYA: Malaysia's achievement in the aviation industry has attracted the interest of Caribbean countries, which are eager to learn through the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP), says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
The Transport Minister said that MTCP would assist the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) member states through technical cooperation.
