Dr Wee meets Singapore counterpart to discuss bilateral issues


KUALA LUMPUR: Transport Ministers from Malaysia and Singapore met to discuss bilateral issues in a 90-minute meeting.

The meeting between Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong and S. Iswaran was held in Singapore on Monday (Sept 19).

In a post on his official Facebook page, Dr Wee said he paid a courtesy visit on Iswaran.

"In a fruitful 90-minute bilateral discussion, we were able to cover several bilateral issues related to transport projects involving both Malaysia and Singapore," he said in the post.

Dr Wee also thanked Iswaran for their warm cooperation and teamwork.

"I look forward to meeting him again in Montreal, Canada later this month when we both attend the general assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO)," he said.
