KUALA LUMPUR: Amendments to the Penal Code will make both online stalking a crime, says Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Parliament and Law), Datuk Mas Ermieyati Samsudin.
She said although online stalking does not involve touching or causing injury, it can disturb the victim both mentally and emotionally.
