PETALING JAYA: Reckless drivers need to be given harsher punishment to deter them from endangering others on the road, says a non-governmental organisation.
Wheel of Charity (a motorcycle club) president and health expert Prof Dr Sharifa Ezat Wan Puteh said reckless motorists – as well as drunk drivers and mat rempit – had caused the deaths of many innocents over the years.
