Activists allowed to raise legal questions on MACC probe into judge

KUALA LUMPUR: Activist Haris Ibrahim and two lawyers have been given the green light to bring their legal questions to the Federal Court for it to decide on constitutional issues related to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s (MACC’s) investigation into Court of Appeal judge Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali (pic).

This is following a High Court decision that allowed an application by Haris, along with lawyers Nur Ain Mustapha and Sreekant Pillai, to have the matter referred to the apex court.
