Concessionaire cleans up back lane after getting warning from Ipoh City Council

IPOH: The garbage collection and cleaning services concessionaire has cleared rubbish at a back lane of a row of shops here.

This was after a video had gone viral, where a person believed to be from a non-governmental organisation, was complaining about the heaps of rubbish found in the drains.
